Although ICF coaches work through listening and questioning, most haven't gone through comprehensive, researched-based training in the subject. That's why I combined my knowledge of the coaching industry with my 20+ years of research, teaching, and training in listening.

Allow Laura Janusik to change your thinking about listening and communication. Laura is leveraging her past to help coaches align their communication through the Power of Listening. This includes 15 years of HR Management and 20 years as a professor and scholar who became a world-recognized expert in teaching/ training listening. Her Ph.D. in Communication and MBA help her use research-based information to help coaches Listen Well, Hear More, and Change Lives.

Laura is a past president of the International Listening Association, and her research has been published internationally and cited in publications including Forbes, HBR, The Wall Street Journal, and NPR.

At the end of our time together, you'll understand that listening is a habit over which individuals have control, able to identify your dominant listening habits and listening blind spots, and practice one or two verbal listening solutions to create shared meaning.
