    Before founding Enerpace in 2002, Elene had a successful corporate career, holding executive-level marketing and sales channel strategy positions in the banking and telecommunications industries.

    Debbie Brin LeonDebbie Brin Leon

    Debbie provides internal coaching and leadership development services to a variety of leaders and teams across the firm. She focuses with her clients on building greater self-awareness, removing self-limiting beliefs, and attaining greater results, effectiveness, and joy professionally and personally. Debbie’s work ranges from individual coaching to team and peer coaching, facilitating and designing impactful leadership development, and more. Debbie has over 18 years of professional experience as a human resources leader across different organizations, geographies, industries, and functions. With experience ranging across professional services, startups, and mature organizations, Debbie has served as a trusted business partner across diverse environments and teams navigating a broad range of transformation and growth. She has deep experience serving as an internal HR business partner, building and launching talent development and learning strategies, and coaching leaders and teams.

    In her current role, Debbie balances powerful questions, active listening, and courageous teaming to elevate her clients in how they show up and team with others. She brings a present, calm, honest, and practical perspective where clients gain additional insights into their leadership strengths and development areas. Debbie and her clients create space for deeper reflection, learning, and intentional choices. Debbie is humbled to work with her clients as they seek greater balance, process leadership situations, and advance with a growth mindset. Debbie’s clients gain confidence, courage, clarity, and pride that radiates in their teams at RSM, externally with clients, and beyond.

    Prior to joining RSM in 2023, Debbie provided various HR services to her clients at a Big Four firm, Figure Technologies, LaSalle Investment Management, and Sears Holdings. Her experience spanned across the employee life cycle, teaming with leaders to create and foster high performing teams. She has supported all levels of leadership, from the executive layer of firms to entry level analysts and interns. In addition to strategic and operational HR support, Debbie has led talent development and learning at the organization level, built leadership development programs from scratch, and launched learning management systems org-wide. She has strong expertise in supporting leaders through transitions, along with facilitating training and programs that accelerate success during leadership changes.

    Jackie SloaneJackie Sloane

    Jackie Sloane has over 25 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development, communication and organizational change consulting. She collaborates with clients to achieve significant results through how they communicate, cultivate relationships, lead teams and key initiatives. Clients report compelling outcomes for themselves and organizations as well as greater well-being. They report becoming better leaders, greater influence one-on-one and across organizations, greater ease in engaging the commitment and enthusiasm of others, in having conversations that result in transforming situations. They enjoy better relationships with peers, superiors and their people, promotions, leaps in compensation. The Generative Leadership Communication program she developed has been credited with providing clients with powerful tools for having transformational conversations, unleashing creativity and innovation and reducing production time. The Transformational Leadership Retreats she co-created, based on a 6-question coaching model, have provided leaders a powerful way to utilize the focal point of an event to lead a process to co-create new behaviors and practices, launching culture change in their organizations.

    Before becoming a coach, Jackie founded a marketing communications services firm that specialized in positioning, and grew visibility and sales for professional services, retail, consumer products, business-to-business and not-for-profit organizations. The firm created programs that resulted in significant sales increases, key contracts, favorable acquisitions and offers of acquisitions, top-tier media placements, and other targeted results. Her background includes serving on the staff of a national magazine. 

    She has served leaders at privately-held, nonprofit, public sector and Fortune 100 firms. Jackie has worked with leaders and groups in most industries, including academia, consumer products, energy, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, packaging, professional services, pharmaceutical, medical products, sporting goods, publishing, retail, telecommunications and transportation. She has served clients at Abbott, Accenture, Amcor, American Society of Anesthesiology, Bank of America, Chief, Comcast, Deloitte, Exelon, Garrett Theological Seminary, Grant Thornton, Hollister, Navistar/International Truck and Engine, Kraft, Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, PepsiCo, Plante & Moran, Purdue University Northwest, Takeda and others. Jackie wrote the Executive Coach column for Executive Travel, an American Express Publishing/Time Inc. magazine for five years, and has written for many publications, including Leadership in Action, the Center for Creative Leadership magazine. She is certified to use the Center’s assessment tools and the Genos emotional intelligence multi-rater. She has two coach certifications, including Master Certified Coach. She completed the graduate-level Mastering the Art of Professional Coaching in 1994, and many leadership, communication, virtual facilitation and coach training programs, is a member of the International Coach Federation, and leads continuing education webinars for its Chicago Chapter. Jackie has a B.A. in political science and completed graduate work at Columbia College. She has served as marketing chair and on the program committee for the Network of Executive Women’s Annual Leadership Summit, on the advisory board of Working Mother Media’s Multicultural Town Halls and as a mentor for Chicago Innovation’s Women’s Co-op.
