About our presenters:
Kathleen Fee
My name is Kathleen Fee. I am an ICF Certified Inner Leadership and Life Coach with an expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and a passion for social justice. I received my Master's Degree in Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice from the Univeristy of Oklahoma, graduating with honors during the pandemic. I am also a certified paralegal with expertise in civil litigation and trial.
As a legal professional I am uniquely qualified in the DEIB space, being skillled in the statutes and law that regulate and affect DEI and its participants. As a certified coach, my work has a focus on the inpowerment of women, while maintaining inclusivity of thought leaders in all different spaces.
I received my ACC in 2009, and my PCC in 2017. I received my Master Certified Leadership Certification through Coach for Life Institute, an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program by creating my own 10-step Inpowement process and coaching model focused on the inside job of guiding clients to finding their voices and speaking truth to power.
With my personal passion for social justice, I devote my free time volunteering for candidates that are constituent focused, non-profit organizations working on voting rights, and helping women fight addiction.
