About our facilitators:
Mira Weisenthal, ACC
Non-linear is one way to describe Mira's path to coaching. From landing in the corporate world after college to volunteering in Cambodia with the Peace Corps to earning a MS in Change Management to becoming a trainer and success advocate at a non-profit to working as a talent buyer at a nightclub prior to finding her way back to corporate, her experience has been woven together by several (strong) threads - among them relationship building and a passion for supporting and developing others.
In 2023, while working as a senior project manager for a translation agency, Mira decided to pursue a coaching certification. Following completion of that coaching program in 2024, she organized a weekly group of fellow coaches to support one another in pursuing their ICF credentials. To-date, the group boasts a 100% pass rate, with all participating coaches successfully achieving their ACC.
For this session, Mira is eager to join her friend and peer Elly in sharing the group's learnings and best practices with the broader coaching community in order to support them doing the same.
Elly Dannewitz, ACC
After a 33-year career as a high-level leader and operator, I found myself at a crossroads. A transformative coaching experience sparked my passion for personal growth and leadership development, inspiring me to become a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Now, I empower individuals, leaders, and organizations to reach their full potential through Leadership Development, Career Coaching, Business Coaching, and Life Coaching. With deep operational expertise and a results-driven approach, I help clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
