Join us for Coaches Coffee Connect, an in-person, informal gathering designed to spark meaningful conversations between ICF Chicago coaches and members of the ICF Chicago Program Committee. Whether you’re a long-time member or just getting started with ICF, this is a relaxed space to build relationships, share ideas, and explore how you can get more involved with our vibrant coaching community.

About your host:

Susan Sotnick is an ICF PCC certified coach, trainer and facilitator with an MA in Organizational Leadership and a focus in Talent Development. Susan specializes in helping clients set and strategically accomplish career goals from a place of confidence and empowerment. She helps professionals develop their leadership presence to show up authentically and confidently. Her specialty areas include communication, public speaking, confidence in leadership, prioritization, executive presence and time management.

Susan has 17+ years of experience in human services and non-profit management as a mentor, coach, instructor, and facilitator. She works with individuals in all levels of organizations from individual
contributors to senior leaders. Her coaching experience spans most industries including technology, non- profit, sales, software, manufacturing, retail, government, hospitality, finance, business services, medical
and social services. Susan helps clients to investigate their strengths, values, experiences, and skills to leverage that knowledge towards bolstering their confidence and tapping into their true potential.

Susan is certified in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) and received her coach training through The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC.)
