ICF Chicago May 2026 Annual Meeting

What is the Annual Meeting?
The Annual Meeting is an important gathering of our chapter membership where we reflect on the Board’s vision, achievement, and goals (October 1 - April 30), share key updates on chapter performance, and provide transparency into our operations, priorities, and future direction. It is also a space for the Chicago Chapter Board to connect directly with members and reinforce our shared commitment to the coaching profession.

• Gain insight into the chapter’s accomplishments, financial health, and strategic priorities
• Hear updates directly from your Board of Directors
• Stay informed about initiatives that impact your membership experience
• Strengthen your connection to the ICF Chicago community

Member Access to Board Meetings
As a reminder, all members are always welcome to attend any scheduled Board meeting as observers. While voting is reserved for Board members, your presence is valued and encouraged as part of our commitment to transparency and engagement. Please note: You must be an ICF member in good standing, i.e., current membership dues paid.

Please ensure that you keep your CCE certificates in a secure location. Be advised that there will be a $50 fee for each copy of any CCE certificates requested after 30 days. This fee is necessary to cover the administrative costs associated with retrieving these documents.

By participating in this ICF Chicago Chapter event, you ("Participant") understand that portions of the event may be recorded or captured in videos, photographs, audio recordings and/or other media (the “Recordings”). The Participant agrees that ICF Chicago Chapter and its related parties own all rights, title and interest in the Recordings and have the right and permission to use the Recordings even if they include Participant’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further notice or compensation to the Participant for the use of such Recordings. If Participant does not want to be captured in any such Recordings, Participant should make special arrangements with ICF Chicago Chapter on such matters. While ICF Chicago Chapter will make good faith efforts to honor such privacy requests, the released parties shall not have any liability in connection with the same.
