Decoding the DNA of the Masterful Coaching is an immersive and experiential master class designed to reveal the proven strategies and insider insights that distinguish coaching at the MCC level. Delivered by seasoned MCCs with a 100% track record of successfully mentoring ICF PCCs on their MCC recordings, the workshop gives participants rare access to the depth, mindset, and presence required to pass MCC credentialing on the first attempt. As faculty from the ICF Coaching Impact Award-winning training school CoachME / BECKETT MCINROY, who are also ex-ICF Chapter Presidents, these talented educators bring global excellence, rigour, and real-world mastery to every moment of the learning experience.

The session explores the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and MCC BARS, inviting participants to understand not only what masterful coaching looks like, but how it feels in practice - as a client and as a coach. Mastery is presented as a different way of being with your client — creating a deep, belonging-based partnership where profound awareness, courageous insight, and genuine transformation occur.

Working holistically, participants learn to attune to what is not being said, work in different modalities (existential, somatic, gestalt...) engage with the whole person and their systemic realities, and co-create spaces where clients can examine who they are becoming, not merely the problems they are solving. This is the essence of MCC-level coaching.

    Learning Objectives:

By the end of The DNA of the Master Coach: Masterful Coaching (MCC) session, participants will be able to:

    1. Demonstrate a deeper understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and MCC BARS, and apply their nuanced expectations to coaching at a masterful level.

       2. Practice a different “way of being” with clients by cultivating presence, partnership, and a belonging-based relational space that enables             profound awareness and growth.

       3. Identify and work skillfully with what is not being said, attending to the whole person, their patterns, and the systemic contexts influencing         how they show up.

      4. Strengthen their ability to co-create deep learning experiences with clients that support transformative insight rather than transactional              problem-solving.

      5. Apply proven strategies and insider approaches that increase readiness for MCC-level recordings and improve the likelihood of passing MCC         credentialing on the first attempt.
