As organizations increasingly rely on teams to navigate complexity, the demand for skilled team coaches continues to grow. This session invites coaches to expand their impact beyond one-to-one engagements and explore the dynamic world of team coaching through the lens of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the ICF Team Coaching Competency framework and how it builds upon and differs from individual coaching competencies. We’ll explore the unique mindset, skillset, and presence required to effectively coach teams—including working with multiple stakeholders, navigating group dynamics, and fostering collective awareness and accountability.

In addition, this session will demystify the ACTC pathway, outlining eligibility requirements, application components, and key considerations for coaches ready to deepen their practice. Whether you are team-curious or actively pursuing team coaching opportunities, this session will provide practical insights, real-world context, and a roadmap to support your next level of growth.

• Identify the core skills and approaches required to coach teams effectively

However, if you would like to receive 1 CCEU for your attendance on the call, you will need to register and a provide a separate payment of $15 per class. A certificate will be sent to you 7-10 days after the call.

You may also purchase a package of 10 calls for $125. Ten pre-paid CCEU's good toward any core competency call. Must be used within the Core Competency year (Sept. to July).
