Double Your Coaching Business with Authenticity, Integrity and Service

This webinar is approved for 1 RD CCEU
Coaches, real coaches who are fueled by their deepest desire to positively impact others in the world deserve to have the opportunity to build sustainable and fulfilling client practices and businesses. I have made every mistake and faced most every challenge as a coach from being ghosted, to struggling to get clients, to being terrified to charge what I'm worth, to feeling completely demoralized when I got another "no."
I finally turned the corner about seven years ago in my business and I realized that there are subtle shifts that coaches can make to build sustainable, high-integrity businesses where clients pay more, stay longer and get maximum impact.
In this presentation, I will teach you the 2 degree shifts in your coaching practice and sales process that will help you create breakthrough business results with authenticity, integrity and deep service to the client. I'm not a marketer to coaches like the ones you get inundated with on LinkedIn messages and Facebook ads, I genuinely want to help great coaches work through one of the toughest parts of being a coach, moving someone from potential prospect to current client.
Primary learning objectives/expected outcomes:
ICF CCEU Core Competency:
*Establishing the Coaching Agreement
*Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client
*Creating Awareness
*Planning and Goal Setting
About Rodney:
Rodney Mueller is an entrepreneur, advisor and executive coach that has reinvented the antiquated way of setting and achieving goals. His mentorship and advisory of startup and mid-size CEOs has led to exponential growth through his Perfect Aim Method™. Rodney honed this method through his more than 3500 hours of coaching in private practice and as a leader, trainer and mentor to 100’s of coaches over the last decade as an ICF-accredited coach training program leader and past-President of ICF St Louis. A high-performance leadership advisor, Rodney believes that humans are the greatest untapped asset in any culture. His proprietary method teaches leaders how to grow into exceptional human beings, grow their companies at record rates, create a culture of visionary employees, and obtain deep fulfillment and meaning in their lives.
A former drill sergeant, Rodney has served in the U.S. Army Reserve for the last 22 years, and became one of the youngest to attain E-6 Staff Sergeant. He was assigned to the world’s first joint biological point detection unit (the only one of its kind in the world), and has most recently served at U.S. Africa and U.S. European Command in Stuttgart, Germany.
In 2017, Rodney kicked off the Absent Father Podcast, after being featured on Oprah’s Life Class (2013), about fatherless sons and having a desire to help others overcome the impact of growing up with an absent father. Rodney believes in, and derives the most meaning in his life from being a father and husband. He considers St. Louis home, and loves traveling with his wife, two daughters and two dogs Porter and Bruno in their vintage Airstream.
